A friendly summary of how your regular window clean works.

Access & first clean

For your first clean in particular, please make sure the gate to the back is unlocked and any pets are secured so I can get started, even if you're not in. Going forward, where access to the back is generally available, I may not need to send a reminder text before each visit. You will, however, receive a message afterwards to notify you that your clean has been completed.

Pure-water results

If it's been a while since the last clean, it can take up to three visits with the purified water reach-and-wash system for your windows to reach their best condition. You'll notice clear improvement with each clean. Rainwater won't affect the quality of the clean — pure water leaves no residue.

Schedule & frequency

Cleans are carried out on a regular 4-weekly schedule. 8-weekly cleans are also available, but at a higher cost as they take longer to complete. I am unable to offer one-off cleans at this time. As this is my full-time work, I carry out all regular cleans throughout the winter as usual.

Payment

Payment is handled simply and securely through GoCardless Direct Debit and is only requested once each clean is complete. After your first clean, I'll send you a link so you can set it up yourself. Unfortunately, bank transfers cannot be accepted at this time.
